Nursing has a reputation for eating their young.  I want to change that.  The most honorable and trusted profession should also be the healthiest!  I started Raven Culture as a Nurse Manager because I have a passion for good culture and I believe we can do better.  It's time to care for our caregivers as much as we do our patients.
